Justin Bieber at mill street brewery
In Toronto’s historic Distillery District and housed in the old tankhouse is The Mill St. Brewery
. With it’s own microbrews on tap you’ll be spoilt for choice. I opted for the Organic beer which I like to think since it’s organic, therefore it’s good for me. I also ordered the spinach dip with pretzel bread which I ate while chugging my beer and watching the people doing the brewery tour and wondering how I too would get those four free samples of beer they were tasting. In my best Homer Simpson impression….mmmm beer. If you’re up for the task of drinking 85 pints (not at the same time, via a loyalty card) and earned your MBA (Master Beer Appreciation), you get to be forever immortalized by having your name engraved on the Master of Beer Appreciation Keg of Fame.
I’d definately come again as it seems like a cool place to chill with a pint and I’m dying to try the Balzac coffee porter beer (yes it really is brewed with coffee beans), Mill St Fruit beer (made with raspberries), and the Lemon tea (infused with Orange Pekoe and Early Grey–for my English friends). And, there has been a Justin Beiber sighting here. Not sure if that works for or against it.
