Ok I’ve seen a lot of good street art in my time, from Banksy to Invader to Eine. But I’ve also seen a lot of crap street art and this one actually left me standing and staring. Here you’ve got one of the busiest, funkiest streets in Toronto and this the best we can do for street art? Sure its a short, stubby tree sticking out of the sidewalk, but can we not be inspired like the people in Brussels who dress up the Mannequin Pis statue in a different costume every day. Or even the University of Guelph where students paint the canon in the courtyard every day. Come on Toronto, be inspired.
